Kung Fu Tze or Kung Fuzi, known as “Confucius” in western countries, was the founder of the famous ideology Confucianism. He was a very famous man, who was many things; a philosopher, a humanist, a political theorist and, above all, a thinker.

Confucius is regarded as the greatest teacher to ever exist in China, and his teaching have since helped many people all over the globe to become better people. He wrote many books, such as the “Book of Changes”, “What You do not Want Done to Yourself, do not do to Others”, “Life is Really Simple, but We Insist on Making it Complicated”, and “Our Greatest Glory is not in Never Failing but in Rising Every Time we Fall”, which have become passages of great insight. These books were the base for Chinese school education for many years to come.

Folding screens were invented in Han Dynasty over 2000 years ago and has many practical uses: for blocking wind, dividing space, concealing for privacy, feng shui and decorating purposes. A folding screen was often decorated with beautiful art; major themes included mythology, scenes of palace life, and nature. It is often associated with intrigue and romance in Chinese literature.
