How to Order


 

An email address and a credit card or PayPal account is required to place an order on FengshuiMall.com. If you have neither, please contact us to make other arrangement. We can accept Western Union or wire transfer (TT) as well.

Use the menu on the left of the page to find FengshuiMall.com products by categories and aspirations. The articles in the left bar are put together to help you make your purchase. Use the search box to find a specific item. Click the product image to get more information about the product or to purchase the product.

1. To place a product in your shopping cart, select option e.g. size (if any), then click the Add to Cart button. To order more than 1 piece, change the default Qty: 1 to the desired quantity before clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can also view your cart by clicking the "View Cart" link in the right bar under the "Shopping Cart".

2. When you are ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, tick the "Remove" box and click the "Update" button. If you wish to change the quantity, amend the quantity and click the "Update" button. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button. If a particular item (marked with asterisks **) has low inventory and is less than the quantity you added to your cart, you need to lower the quantity before you can proceed to the next page.

3) If you are new customer, you can register as a member or checkout as a guest. You are advisable to register with us. As a member, you have the ability to:

a. Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
b. Check the status of orders
c. View past orders
d. Make changes to your account information
e. Change your password
f.  Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)
g. add products to your wish list
h. Get auto notification when sold-out item that you are eyeing for is available again

Click the "Continue" button to go to Delivery Information step.

4) The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee for the given shipping address. Select the Shipping Methods available to you and add your comments or instruction if any. Click "Continue" when you are done.

5) Select the Payment Methods available to you and tick the "I have read and agree to the Shipping Policy" checkbox after you have read it. You can still add your comments or instruction, if any, at this point. Click "Continue" when you are done.

6) Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Confirm Order" button. If you have a Discount Coupon Code, enter it and click on the the "Apply Coupon" button before you click on the "Confirm Order" button.

7) You will be brought to 2checkout.com or PayPal page to make payment. Check and fill up the necessary details. For 2checkout, remember to click "Finalize Order" button when you are done.

8) After making your payment, an order confirmation email with your 5-digit order number and the details of your order will be emailed to you. If you do not see it, please check your "spam/junk folder"
