Amulet for protection against the “Evil Eye”or not-so-well-meaning people who are jealous of you and harbor ill-intention towards you.

This protective keychain features a pair of blue "Evil Eye" and a plate inscribed with the powerful mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" - both in Sanskrit and Romanized.

The Blue Evil Eye or Lucky Eye symbol is a famous Mediterranean amulet for protection against the “Evil Eye”or not-so-well-meaning people with the eyes of jealousy and envy who harbor ill-intention towards your family, achievement and good fortune, despite their praises and compliments.

“Om Mani PadMe Hum” (derived from Sanskrit) is the most widely-known and popular mantra used in Buddhism. This six syllable phrase which can be transliterated to "Hail the Jewel in the Lotus" is an invocation mantra of the Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion who protects one from harm. The Bodhisattva vowed to free all sentient beings from suffering and is said to appear anywhere to help all beings in danger and distress. Om Mani PadMe Hum is also referred to as "The Mantra of Universal Protection" or "Six Character Great Bright Mantra".

If one were to uphold the recitation of this mantra, regardless of one's whereabouts, one will be protected by all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, as well as gods, dragon and others of the eightfold division. It is able to cut off one's ignorance and open up one's wisdom; subdue demons and heal illnesses; dispel calamities and lengthens life; bestows immeasurable blessings and wisdom, and gain profound tranquility. It can save and alleaviate hundreds and thousands of suffering and difficulty.

You can hang this in your car's rearview mirror, clip it to or keep it in your bags or use it to hold your keys.
