This tea is really a sumptuous feast for your tongue, nose and eyes!

Jasmine "Sky Full of Immortality Peaches" blooming tea, which is what its Chinese name means, is each handmade by skilled Chinese artisans using high grade Yin Zhen (silver needles) tea leaves, Marigold, Globe Amaranth and Jasmine flowers. The leaf ball, which is tightly wound with strings, opens up as it meets the hot water of your cup. The basket unfurls to reveal golden marigold petals encircling a red globe amaranth, from which a string of jasmine flowers stretches out and float towards the top, signifying immortality peaches filling the sky. This tea is really a sumptuous feast for your tongue, nose and eyes! Coupled with its auspicious connotation, this truly is a good feng shui drink!

Blossoming Flower Tea provides a beautiful in-cup experience, and gives you a little show as it is steeped, hence makes a great conversation piece for a dinner party.

The leaves of Blossoming Flower Tea are made of young and tender Yin Zhen tea leaves and possess fine white hairs on their surface. The leaves, after gently processed, are wrapped up with other flowers strung together tightly. When steeped, they unravel into a beautiful floral display, making drinking this tea a unique and wonderful experience.

Blossoming Flower Tea has the gentle scent of fresh Jasmine flowers. It has a smooth and delicate consistency, and a sweet aftertaste.

Brewing Guide Instruction Method: Use only one piece for each cup. Ideal water temperature is between 70°C (158°F) to 80°C (176°F). For the first and second brewing, leaves should be steeped for about 3 to 5 minutes. Gradually increase water temperature and steeping time for subsequent brewing. It is recommended that you use a decent size clear glass or teaport for this tea so that there is enough room for the flower to blossom and that you can have a good view of the beautiful display. Warm the glass by rinsing it with hot water prior to brewing. Good for multiple infusions until taste runs out.

Brewing methods vary widely by tea and individual preferences. The brewing instruction above is a only a simple guideline but will produce an excellent cup nonetheless. As with any tea, do experiment and do share with us your brewing techniques to get the best out of this tea.
